Our Comprehensive Rehab Approach

  • Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a technique that uses a mono-filament needle inserted into soft tissue such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This creates micro-trauma to the tissue and tells the body exactly where to go heal itself. Dry Needling is a minimally invasive technique that reduces pain, improves mobility, increases blood flow, and speeds up healing.

  • Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy includes techniques such as joint mobilization, spinal traction/decompression, cupping therapy, therapeutic massage, scraping, and assisted stretching. These techniques are used to restore range of motion, reduce pain, and increase function. To maximize results, the patient may be taught ways to perform these interventions at home to remain in control of their progress.

  • Specialized Movement Plans

This includes stretches, mobility exercises, breathwork, strength and stability training, and workout modifications specifically curated for your body and condition. The Movement Plan progresses as you move towards your goals. You should expect to work hard and be challenged in order to build resiliency in the body.

  • Education

Learn how to identify triggers, modify activities, improve postures, and finally take control of your symptoms. You will be given simple, yet effective tools to improve your condition outside of your appointment time. Less visits, but faster results. Doc Roth’s goal is to put you in the driver’s seat to fully understand your path to recovery.

“I have been seeing Linsey to manage chronic pelvic floor dysfunction, and her services have helped me immensely. Many areas of my life have improved significantly. My bladder control has significantly improved. Pain while urinating or exercising has diminished. Her practice has had a great impact on my life because of the knowledge about the body she provides and the exercises/stretches she walks me through that I can easily do at home. I found that the more that I implement her treatment plans at home, the faster I see results. Linsey is professional, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about her field. I am looking forward to continuing services while I prepare for labor and postpartum. I wish more women knew about pelvic floor services and knew that they do not need to suffer in silence and there is treatment available with great people like Linsey. “

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Movement Solution is considered out of network with all insurance companies. This allows us to provide a style of physical therapy that is not dictated by insurance. We work for YOU, not for insurance companies. We are happy to provide a Super Bill that can be submitted as a claim for clients who have out of network benefits.

  • A Superbill is a receipt that has medical and interventional codes that reflect the services provided during each appointment. This can be submitted to your insurance as a claim to be reimbursed based on your plan’s out of network benefits.

  • Although this can vary based on the person and condition, physical therapy patients are usually seen once per week initially. As progress is made, appointments are then spread out further and further. It is typical to see a patient once a week for 4 weeks, then reassess to see what is needed. Patients are given the tools to succeed and manage their condition between appointments, so unlike traditional PT, you do not need to be seen 2-3x/week to make progress.

  • No! The Movement Solution provides direct access services. This means you can book an appointment with us at any time.
