Testimonials

"My Bladder Control Significantly Improved"

“I have been seeing Linsey to manage chronic pelvic floor dysfunction, and her services have helped me immensely. Many areas of my life have improved significantly. My bladder control has significantly improved. Pain while urinating or exercising has diminished. Her practice has had a great impact on my life because of the knowledge about the body she provides and the exercises/stretches she walks me through that I can easily do at home. I found that the more that I implement her treatment plans at home, the faster I see results. Linsey is professional, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable about her field. I am looking forward to continuing services while I prepare for labor and postpartum. I wish more women knew about pelvic floor services and knew that they do not need to suffer in silence and there is treatment available with great people like Linsey. “

"Dr Roth Has Changed My Life"

"Simply put, Dr. Roth has changed my life!  As an older woman suffering from incontinence and other pelvic floor issues, I thought I was destined to always be looking for bathroom locations or resorting to wearing diapers.  Working out was almost impossible because of leakage.  Dr. Roth’s treatment plan seemed simple, yet was so effective I noticed a difference after the first session.  She also shares her knowledge freely so you understand the why behind what is going on with your body.   The continuing improvements in my pelvic floor have restored my sense of freedom to go out and do the things that I love.  I highly recommend Dr. Roth!"

"Knowledgeable, warm, and deeply supportive

“I’ve had a wonderful experience working with Linsey. What sets her apart from other physical therapists I have worked with in the past is her holistic perspective. She doesn’t merely address the immediate pain or discomfort but delves into the underlying broader factors contributing to the issue. She takes time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand, which helped me feel informed and empowered throughout the process. Beyond our in-office is sessions, she consistently provided me with tailored easy to follow exercises to do at home, showing her genuine commitment to my recovery.  She is very knowledgeable, warm and deeply supportive. I am grateful for her care and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist. “

FREQUENTLY Asked Question

Do You Accept Insurance

The Movement Solution does not accept insurance. Many of our clients have tried insurance based care already and did not get the results they wanted. We work for YOU, not for insurance companies.

Being a concierge practice allows us to provide a level of rehab that is not dictated by a third party (insurance). This means more 1 on 1 time, no restrictions, and no added fluff- just results.

We do accept HSA/FSA and offer payment plans.

How Often Will I Be Seen for Appointments?

Although this can vary based on the person and condition, clients are usually seen for 4-8 visits spread over the course of 2 months. As progress is made, appointments are spread out further and further to give you the tools to progress between appointments. Unlike like traditional PT, you do not need to be seen 2-3x/week to make progress- You just need the right plan and support.

Why Choose Not To Use Insurance?

Here’s the honest truth: most insurance plans weren’t designed to cover the kind of holistic and full body care that really gets long term results for hip, back, and pelvic issues. They’ll cover symptom treatment, but not the root-cause that actually helps your body improve long-term.

That’s why we’ve structured our practice differently. We focus on what YOUR body needs, not what insurance will pay for. That means better care, 1 on 1 treatment, long term results, and no insurance company telling us to stop when your body is just starting to respond. The majority of clients we see have already tried insurance based PT, chiropractic or pain management.

The first step is simple: get you in for an initial assessment. Our new patient exam is $200, so we can spend the time to see exactly what’s going on and whether we’re the right fit—no pressure, no commitment beyond that first visit.

How Does Virtual Rehab Work?

Virtual Pelvic Floor Rehab includes 1-on-1 appointments through Telehealth (just like virtual personal training) , 24/7 access to your rehab provider via call, messaging, and email, and customized rehab plans with recorded videos showing you exactly how to complete your Rehab Program. We provide high level support without ever leaving the house- it's like having a doctor in your back pocket!

What Are The Payment Options?

We take HSA/FSA, as well as all major credit and debit cards and cash. We also offer payment plans to make working with us more attainable.

Do I Need A Referral?

No! The Movement Solution provides direct access services. This means you can book an appointment with us at any time.
